Sanook Kitchen offers authentic Thai flavors at really affordable prices. Whether you're vegetarian or just love Thai food, it’s definitely worth checking out. For dessert, the classic sticky rice with mango was the perfect way to end the meal.
3.8/5 stars. I ordered their lunch menu which comes with a nice balance of appetiser (papaya salad), Tom yum soup (with mushrooms) and basil chicken rice. Service was good and fast, was also served their iconic popcorn once I was seated. The food however, was not fantastic in taste and no wok hey smell. Rice was also mushy.
New: The olive rice was really nice and tasty. They gave free popcorn too — not sure if it’s still free now, but it was a fun surprise. Overall, good food and a chill spot to eat. Would come back again! Splurge as a single pax $18.94 with Ice Thai milk tea. A little pricy. Comes with clear Tomyam soup and mango salad. If you want to try a little bit of this and that. This lunch set is just good enough.
Food is served fast, the waitresses were friendly, food taste quite good (not the best but excellent for it's price point), give free tap water, can customize spicy level, and if get lunch set it's really good value, one of my favorite Thai restaurant! Green curry is yummy, tang hoon with chicken is a bit on the sweet side so not for me, but that's personal preference I don't like sweet & salty to mix, sweet & sour fish is definitely worth ordering!
We can do self service for popcorn and the food there taste very nice. One thing to take note that is that almost all food there is spicy. We can get unlimited popcorn and I am a fish hater, after taking a bite into their fish, I love their fish
Pretty surprised the dishes are all delicious and portion are generous for the price point. Came on Father’s Day weekend and queue was decent and food are served quite fast too. We enjoyed most of the dishes, in particular the omelette and kang kong
Ordered: 1) Stir-fried Sotong with Thai Basil 2) Stir-fried Thai-style Kang Kong 3) Deep Fried Chicken with Thai Herb 4) Pineapple Fried Rice with Prawn 5) Thai Super Bowl - Red Tom Yum Soup I really loved the Stir-fried Sotong with Thai Basil — definitely my favorite of the meal. The Red Tom Yum Soup wasn’t quite to my taste as the coconut milk was overpowering, which masked the taste of the soup. Overall, it was a nice meal.
